The transformation of our Network enables us to improve its efficiency through virtualisation and cloudification, incorporating artificial intelligence into the management processes.

Our main objective of gender diversity by 2020 is for 30% of our managers to be female. In this way, from 2019 it will be included in the performance-based managers’ bonus.

The satisfaction of our suppliers has improved with respect to previous years, achieving an average assessment of 8.22 in 2018. Our commitment to sustainability is one of the key aspects.
With the help of our suppliers we analyse actions in order to boost energy efficiency and reduce emissions of CO2 and to achieve this, every year we jointly hold a global workshop on energy and climate change.
DIGITALISATION makes it possible for the Network to support the exponential growth of data traffic, efficiently and sustainably. This is thanks to the fact we have decoupled the growth in the volume of data from energy consumption.
We are leaders in network virtualisation in the sector, according to Analysys Mason in their “Telco Cloud Index 2018”
We issue the first Green Bonus in the sector the funds of which will finance projects aimed at increasing the Company’s energy efficiency due to the transformation process of our Network.
