OUTSTANDING ACTIONS

Our main objective of gender diversity by 2020 is for 30% of our managers to be female. In this way, from 2019 it will be included in the performance-based managers’ bonus.

We are promoting new ways of working and flexibility for our employees. In 2018 we made the “Agile” method part of the new strategic plan in all countries.

Our procurements management model is aligned with the Responsible Business Principles, based on TRANSPARENCY, equal opportunities, impartiality and sustainable management.

OUTSTANDING ACTIONS

The satisfaction of our suppliers has improved with respect to previous years, achieving an average assessment of 8.22 in 2018. Our commitment to sustainability is one of the key aspects.

With the help of our suppliers we analyse actions in order to boost energy efficiency and reduce emissions of CO2 and to achieve this, every year we jointly hold a global workshop on energy and climate change.

DIGITALISATION makes it possible for the Network to support the exponential growth of data traffic, efficiently and sustainably.
This is thanks to the fact we have decoupled the growth in the volume of data from energy consumption.
